One of the major keys in a successful clan is communication.
We use communication throughout the casual grinding all the way up to clan trainings, tournaments, tank companies and clan wars.
It is recommended to keep the voice communication when playing with other clan members to develop and strengthen team and social skills.
As it is only recommended during casual play - it is required during clan trainings and clan wars in order to keep as much contact with each other as possible.
